Reservations:
Age:   You must be 18yrs or over. Credit card details will be taken at the time of booking, proof of ID will be required on arrival.

All reservations made through our web site must be accompanied by credit card details.

Arrival and Departure Times 
Check in time is 2pm
Check out time is 10am

Subject to the  accommodation status on the day of departure, late check-out may be available, please check with reception should you require this facility. There may be a charge applied for a late check out.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

If you cancel less than 7 days prior to your arrival you will be charged 10% of the total accommodation amount.

If you cancel 2 days prior to your arrival or less you will be charged 100% of the total accommodation amount. This includes no shows and cancellation of nights after arrival.

For group bookings a non-refundable 10% deposit is required at the time of booking.

Please note:  Special events and promotional room rates/offers  a no cancellation policy applies, which means, no refunds or changes permitted.

All cancellations and amendments  must be received in writing.  

Refunds will only be made the to the credit card debited for the original transaction.

Noise Levels:
No visitors are allowed in rooms after 10pm. Any damage to the room or property will be charged, plus a charge for any resultant loss of income if applicable.

Smoking:
Smoking is not allowed in any room on the property. If you do smoke, then you will be charged appropriate cleaning and loss of income charges.
